氣流烘干機(jī)是熱氣流脈沖式烘干機(jī)-鋸末烘干機(jī)的一種新型設(shè)備

氣流烘干機(jī)是熱氣流脈沖式烘干機(jī),http://m.htcp911.com又叫熱風(fēng)式管道烘干機(jī),這種烘干機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是直接加熱,烘干快,可折疊安裝,節(jié)省空間。氣流烘干機(jī)是讓潮濕的原料與高溫氣流混合行走,最終通過分離器把水份從原料中分離出去。烘干機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于食品、飼料、化工、醫(yī)藥、礦山等行業(yè),烘干設(shè)備工作過程中如下;脫水后的濕物料加入干燥機(jī)后,在管道內(nèi)均布的抄板翻動下,物料在干燥機(jī)內(nèi)均勻分散與熱空氣充分接觸,加快干燥傳熱、傳質(zhì)。在干燥過程中,物料在帶有傾斜抄板和熱氣質(zhì)的作用下,至于干燥機(jī)加一段星形卸料閥排出成品,氣流烘干機(jī)工作原理是將顆粒狀的濕料送入熱氣流中,與之并流,從而得到顆粒狀的干燥產(chǎn)品,對于開辟飼料資源,降低飼養(yǎng)成本,減少環(huán)境污染具有良好的效果。

 

Airflow dryer, namely hot-flue pulse dryer, also called hot-air pipe dryer, is featured by direct heating, quick drying, foldable installation and space saving. In airflow dryer, damp raw materials mix with the high-temperature airflow, and finally the moisture is seperated from the raw materials through seperator. The dry is widely used in food, feed, chemical engineering, medicine and mining industries. The working process of drying equipment goes as follows: after being put into the dryer, the dewatered materials will be stirred by the shovelling plate evenly distributed in the duct, making the materials spread uniformly in the dryer and exposed thoroughly to the hot air, which accelerates heat transfer and mass transfer. During the course of drying, under the action of inclined shovelling plate and hot gas, the finished products will be discharged through the start-shape discharge valve added to the dryer. The granualar wet materials are sent into hot airflow and granualar dried products can be gained. Therefore, the airflow dryer is benefical to develop feed resource, reduce feeding cost and environmental pollution.

氣流烘干機(jī)的性質(zhì):

Specifications:

1. Raw materials to be dried: rice hull, saw dust and ground wood shavings, branches and wood chips (diameter less than 3mm, length less than 5mm).

2. Production efficiency: when temperature of hot air is 180, the relative humidity of saw dust or rice hull can be reduced from 35% to 10%; the temperature of hot air is no less than 180and can reach 300.

3. Coal, gas or electricity can be used as fuel.

 

1、干燥原料:稻殼、鋸屑及粉碎后的泡花、樹枝、木片等顆粒狀原料(直徑小于3mm,長度小于5mm.

 

2、生產(chǎn)效率:熱空氣為180時(shí),將相對濕度35%的鋸屑或稻殼干燥至相對溫度10%.

熱空氣溫度不低于180,可達(dá)到300。

 

3、燃料可選用:木柴(碎柴)、煤、蒸汽或電加熱。

 

氣流烘干機(jī)操作規(guī)程:

1、安裝完成后,開啟風(fēng)機(jī),檢查風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動方向及加料口是否吸力正常.

2、檢查各法蘭接口處,看是否漏氣。

3、在分離器的下料口捆上兩端開口的布袋。

4、在加料口加入待干燥的物料,在干燥前必須篩除大塊顆粒,這樣有利于提高烘干速度。

5、在爐內(nèi)加入燃料點(diǎn)燃,開啟風(fēng)機(jī),當(dāng)風(fēng)出口處溫度高至150時(shí),開始下料,進(jìn)行烘干。

6、及時(shí)清除排渣口的大塊物料,以便于加料。

氣流烘干機(jī)原理和構(gòu)造:

通常我們采購回來的原料含水量在30%---60%之間,剛出鋸板房的鋸末水份在80%—100%,經(jīng)過良好的風(fēng)干和晾曬的原料含水量可降至20%左右,但仍未達(dá)到要求。理想含水量應(yīng)為8%---13%之間。但在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中從未對原料的含水量進(jìn)行測量。因?yàn)槟菢雍苈闊,并且在時(shí)間上具有滯后性。因?yàn)楹娓蓹C(jī)對原料的烘干強(qiáng)度并非均勻穩(wěn)定的,每次打開爐門添加燃料時(shí),由于冷風(fēng)的進(jìn)入,管道的溫度會迅速降低,而在整個(gè)烘干過程中添加原料是很頻繁的。所以良好的辦法是憑視覺和手感判斷其含水量是否合格。一般說來原料的外表呈焦黃色,看起來有泛油的感覺就說明其含水量是合格的,進(jìn)一步的驗(yàn)證方法是用手抓一把原料,用力攥緊,然后松手,看原料是否能自然均勻散開。上面說的是通常的檢驗(yàn)方法。其實(shí)最終決定原料含水量是否合格的是成型機(jī)。只要能從成型機(jī)中擠出合格的棒,那么原料的含水量就是符合要求的。原料烘干的關(guān)鍵在于對爐溫的控制,要求工人能夠根據(jù)原料呈現(xiàn)的不同外觀及時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)爐溫。 

這種類的設(shè)備,適應(yīng)的物料比較多,除基本型提及的物料外,還有:安眠酮、 ABC中間體、ABS樹脂、 ASC、白碳黑、苯茶吡唑酮、茶粕、草酸催化劑、促進(jìn)劑m、 d.m、觸媒、沉淀炭粉、對乙酰氮基苯磺酞氨、對氨基水楊酸、哆耳瑪托、對苯二酸、二乙苯銨、二氧化銥、活性碳、氟硅酸鈉、氟石礦、副產(chǎn)硫銨、硅膠粉末、合成樹脂、磺酸鈣、聚丙烯樹脂、金霉素、焦硅酸鈉、糠氯酸咖啡渣、口服葡萄糖、硫酸鈉、硫化礦、磷礦粉、蘭BB、P.V.C、熔融磷肥、四環(huán)素、三氧化鐵、碳酸鈣、針鐵礦、銅礦、土豆粉、尾煤、硬脂酸鹽、玉米蛋白、藥品、藥劑、氧化鐵、酒渣等。

 

 

 

氣流干燥機(jī)干燥強(qiáng)度大:氣流干燥機(jī)由于氣流速度高,物料在氣相中分散良好,可以把物料全部表面作為干燥的有效面積,因此, 干燥有限面積大大增加.同時(shí),由于干燥時(shí)分散和攪動作用,使氣化表面不斷更新,因此,干燥的傳熱過程強(qiáng)度大.

氣流烘干機(jī)干燥時(shí)間短:物料與空氣的接觸時(shí)間極短,干燥時(shí)間一般在0.5~5,對于熱敏性或低熔點(diǎn)物料不會造成過熱或分解而影響其質(zhì)量.

氣流干燥機(jī)熱效率高:氣流干燥采用物料與氣體并流操作,從始到終物料溫度和空氣溫度都能達(dá)到合理狀態(tài),干燥時(shí)間短,因而可使用較高的烘干溫度.

氣流烘干機(jī)適用范圍廣、產(chǎn)量高、降水幅度大;結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、站地面積小、投資和維修成本低.

氣流烘干機(jī)熱風(fēng)來源: 燃油爐、燃?xì)鉅t、燃煤熱風(fēng)爐、蒸汽換熱器.

Strong drying capacity: because the hot air flow at very high speed in the airflow dryer, the materials spread well in the hot air and the whole surface area of materials can be the effective drying area. Therefore, the drying effective area increases greatly.
